My superpower smoothies is a popular and stress-free breakfast item on our dining table most mornings. It takes only 5 minutes and, more importantly, these prepared food packages can be stored in the freezer and pantry for a long time so you can make your superpower smoothies multiple times with only one grocery shopping trip.
All you need are:
- A powerful blinder like Vitamix
A powerful blinder will break the hard fruit and vegetable cell walls, an important procedure that releases valuable antioxidants and phytonutrients (i.e. color pigments in fruits and vegetables). Antioxidants and phytonutrients serve important roles in your immune systems and preventing cancer development.
- Kirkland organic Normandy vegetables
Kirkland organic Normandy vegetables include frozen broccoli, cauliflower, yellow stone carrot slices, and baby carrots. These vegetables are great sources of dietary fiber, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin E, manganese, phosphorus, choline, vitamin B1, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), potassium and copper. For sure they taste better than vitamin tablets.

Omega-3 fatty acids (or Omega-3s) can improve eye health and fight against diseases such as depression, anxiety, age-related mental decline, and Alzheimer's Disease.
Banana is a great source of essential minerals, including potassium that fuels the heart pacemaker and provides great vasodilation effects.
Note: Costco is my good friend because it provides me packages of prepared food that save me lots of time and stress!!! Nothing excites me more than keeping my family healthy with easy-to-cook and yet delicious meals.
(for one person)
- Peel the skin of one banana
- Slice the banana and place to the blender
- Add one cups of filtered or cooked and cooled (recommended) water to the blinder
- Add 1/2 cup of Normandy vegetables, 1/2 cup of three berry blend, and 1/2 cup of chia seed to the blinder
- Slightly shake the blender to make sure most ingredients are immersed in the water.
- Put on the blender lid and let it stand for 3 minutes to defrost the frozen vegetables and fruits.
- Blend the ingredients until the texture is mixed to the preferable fineness
