All Caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants

All home health caregivers are certified nursing assistants who have completed 75 hours of state-approved training courses and passed certification exams.  El Roble Home Care also offers its caregivers onboard training and additional educational workshops to strengthen their skills and knowledge.

Yes we are!  We recruit, train, and manage our own home caregivers to ensure the quality of our services and the safety of our customer and staff.  We collect and periodically analyze our performance outcome in order to constantly polish our plans and services. 

  • How does El Roble Recruit Its Staff?

We always have the best certified nursing assistants because we are affiliated with local colleges that train and certify outstanding graduates.  We interview every member in person and conduct all necessary screening checks, such as background checks and vaccination record reviews, before finalizing hiring decisions.  

  • Does El Roble Have Male Caregivers?

Yes, we have male caregivers and supporting staff. 

  • What are the Payment Methods for in Home Care?

We accept bank direct deposit

  • Do All El Roble Team Members Receive Training? 

Yes, all staff members receive on-boarding and continuous education.  We want them to be 100% ready so we can continue to provide the best senior home care services.

  • Does El Roble Home Care Accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Long-term Life Insurance?

Unfortunately, Medicare does not pay for home health services.  We do work with Long-term Care (LTC) life insurance plans provided by companies such as MassMutual and StateFarm.

6 Hours per home care service.

  • Do You Offer Live-in Care?

No, in order to ensure the quality of our services, we want to provide 3 shifts of caregiver services for our 24-Hour care instead.
